Treeline Building

  • How much will my remodel cost?

The cost of a remodel depends on many factors, such as project scope, square footage, structural changes, materials, and finishes. The best way to get an answer is to have us come out for a free estimate.
  • How long will my project take?

Scheduling a job through completion is dictated by many factors. These factors may include permit review times, selections, material availability, and the scope of your project. It is never too early to begin the planning and initial process of your construction project.
  • Do I need permits?

Yes, permits are required for all new construction and addition projects. Remodel projects do require permits based on the scope of work.
  • Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. I am a licensed General Contractor and Home Inspector with the state of Florida.
  • Can I live in my home during the remodel?

Some projects permit living in the home during the remodel. If that is a consideration, please let us know and we will go over expectations and timelines. We want to give you all the information to make a decision that best suits your needs and expectations.
  • How do I choose materials and finishes?

An itemized allowance for materials such as tile, countertops, plumbing fixtures, etc. will be included in your estimate. The first step with our new customers is selections. We will schedule appointments with our preferred local vendors for selections. We generally like to schedule selections to be done on the same day.
  • What happens if we change something after construction starts?

Changes happen in construction. We will provide a written estimate for the change order over $200.
  • How do payments work?

A draw schedule will be included in your contract based on milestones for your project. We accept check, ACH, and credit card. Credit card fee is 3.5% of the transaction amount.

    100% — it absolutely will!
